Diet plan: Low carbohydrate (Net carbs), High protein.

* Try to get at least 64 oz. of water in a day.
* Get at least 30 min. of exercise.
* Take your vitamins, especially your cranberry supplements!
* Jog/Walk at the park 2-3 times a week.

Breakfast -- 3/4 c. High fiber/Low-carb cereal w/ 1/2 c. soy milk - 18.5 carbs.

Snack -- Atkins PB Bar - 2

Lunch -- Smart ones meal - 30

Snack -- Atkins shake - 2

Dinner -- Chicken fajitas (no tortilla), tomatoes w/ pepperjack + Lime - 5

Total carbs -- 52.5
Exercise -- Jogging/Walking @ the park, WATP DVD.
Vitamins? Yep!
Water intake -- 84.5 oz.

Lunch -- Lean pocket quesadilla w/ tomato and monterey jack - 23

Snack -- Atkins shake - 2

Dinner -- Chicken breast, green beans, tomato + monterey jack and toast - 15

Total carbs -- 60.5
Exercise -- WATP DVD + jog/power walk @ park
Vitamins? Yep!
Water intake -- 66 oz.

Lunch -- Lunchable - 10

Snack -- 13 Special K chips - 10

Dinner -- Steak, grilled shrimp and side salad w/ small piece of bread - 25

Total carbs --66
Exercise -- 50 min of WATP DVD using the resistance band
Vitamins? Yep!
Water intake -- 70 oz.

I give myself pride points for not cheating on my diet too much, had a small piece of bread at Outback (but even then it was only honey oat wheat bread!). =)
